Once your booking is confirmed, review the terms below and complete the short signature form.

This Agreement is entered into between Aircrafted Balloon Co. ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client") on the date of booking.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Aircrafted Balloon Co. agrees to provide balloon décor services, including but not limited to balloon arches, installations, and event styling as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the services.
  • A $10 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event (before setup begins unless otherwise agreed).

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable, except as outlined below.
  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

4. TRAVEL FEES

  • A $30 travel fee will be applied to events located more than 25 miles from the Company’s base location.

5. RENTAL EQUIPMENT (METAL ARCH BASE & OTHER ITEMS)

  • The Client agrees that all rented equipment (including metal arch bases and any other provided materials excluding balloons) remains the property of Aircrafted Balloon Co.
  • The Client is fully responsible for the care and safe return of all rented items.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Failure to return equipment or damage to equipment will result in additional charges, including full replacement cost if necessary.

6. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to Company equipment during the event.
  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, improper handling, smoke exposure, heat sources, or third-party interference once setup is complete.

7. SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER

  • The Client acknowledges that balloon décor and event structures may pose risks if not handled properly.
  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or incidents, including but not limited to balloon popping, structures falling or shifting, choking hazards involving balloons or balloon fragments, or damage caused by candles, open flames, smoking, or heat sources near balloon installations.
  • The Client agrees to keep all candles, cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and any open flames or heat sources away from balloon décor.
  • The Client agrees to supervise children and guests around all décor installations.
  • By signing this agreement, the Client assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during or after the event.

8. SETUP CONDITIONS

  • The Client agrees to provide a safe and suitable setup area.
  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or could cause damage to equipment.

9. PHOTO RELEASE

  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. reserves the right to take photos of all completed work.
  • The Client grants permission for these photos to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. WEATHER POLICY (OUTDOOR EVENTS)

  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. is not responsible for damage to balloon décor or equipment caused by weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, heat, or humidity.
  • The Client understands that outdoor installations are subject to environmental factors that may affect the appearance and longevity of balloons.
  • In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Aircrafted Balloon Co. reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel setup for safety reasons.
  • If possible, the Client is encouraged to provide an indoor or covered backup location.

11. LATE PAYMENT

  • Any remaining balance not paid by the agreed-upon time may result in delayed setup or cancellation of services.
  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. reserves the right to refuse service until full payment is received.
  • Additional fees may be applied for significantly late payments at the Company’s discretion.

12. RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  • The original deposit may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is approved.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Aircrafted Balloon Co. shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
  • In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event or provide a credit toward a future booking.

14. AGREEMENT
